A shop with a nice atmosphere Entered the store just before lunch hours closed. When I entered the store, there was a gal there (lol) I was guided by a cute staff member (who has good customer service) and ordered chilled tanuki (large serving) and high-color rice bowl. The first time I ate chilled tanuki The juice is sweet Tenkasu is extremely hard The shock I thought, ``Wasabi in a sweet soup would be a bit strange,'' and when I ate it, it was exquisite! Hard tenkasu is even harder than Soka rice crackers I know that if it sucks the juice, it will become squishy (or not), but it's hard (lol) Even after I finished eating the main soba, the texture of the tempura was so interesting that I ended up eating so much that I could see the bottom of the bowl. It's also interesting that the dashi rolls served next to the sweet dashi soup are surprisingly not sweet. It tasted so good that I could finish it even if I was full. It seems to be a shop run by a young couple and a mother, and is only open on weekends (may close early on Sunday nights). The general is also the type of guy who has buckwheat flour on his clothes, and I get the impression that he's doing his best, which gives me a good impression. He had a nice personality and the conversations I overheard made me feel at ease. It's a modest price for soba. I went again the next day It was just after noon on Saturday, but it was a big turnout compared to last time! I waited for a seat for a while. As expected, some ingredients were sold out, but I was able to order only soba. The staff member also seemed apologetic and apologized many times, but it can't be helped when there are so many customers. It's no wonder that Sunday nights are often sold out and close early. Let's go a little earlier this time

It's within walking distance. Sarashina at another store was not good, so I assumed it would be the same here. I had never been there before. However, the other day I was invited by a friend to go there. I was surprised at how delicious it was. I ordered a simple chilled tanuki soba for 750 yen. I regret that I should have made it bigger. Fried eggs, crispy tempura, age, and tsuyu. It was really delicious. It was my favorite soba noodles I've ever eaten. I will definitely go again!

I ate a large serving of chilled tanuki soba. Even though it was a large portion, I was able to eat it easily. The soup was made with bonito stock and had just the right thickness. It also included egg rolls and was very delicious. The tempura is crispy and you can eat it without losing its crispiness even when soaked in the soup. It became a very good accent. It seems like it's only open on Saturdays and Sundays, but I'd like to visit again.
