It's also interesting that the dashi rolls served next to the sweet dashi soup are surprisingly not sweet. It tasted so good that I could finish it even if I was full. It seems to be a shop run by a young couple and a mother, and is only open on weekends (may close early on Sunday nights). The general is also the type of guy who has buckwheat flour on his clothes, and I get the impression that he's doing his best, which gives me a good impression. He had a nice personality and the conversations I overheard made me feel at ease. It's a modest price for soba. However, the other day I was invited by a friend to go there. I was surprised at how delicious it was. I ordered a simple chilled tanuki soba for 750 yen. I regret that I should have made it bigger. Fried eggs, crispy tempura, age, and tsuyu. It was really delicious. It was my favorite soba noodles I've ever eaten. I will definitely go again!
