Minokamo, Gifu, Japan｜Takuan Japanese Restaurant

This was a fantastic restaurant. Huge serving sizes and good prices, we should have shared a dish rather than get two mains. Traditional Udon dishes (but also more options) and they used red miso which is the regional specialty out here in Tokai.

Nice tonkatsu, nice udon. <800 yen. No English menu, just pick some of the specials, and use Google Translate.
