Great udon with homemade noodles and one of the richest broths I've ever had!

The thick and chewy noodles are amazing. It has an excellent texture, so it's no wonder that many people order it as a substitute. I had the meat udon, and the soup stock, green onions, and ginger were carefully selected and it was delicious. Depending on the season, we also recommend nabeyaki udon.
