Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima, Japan｜Marugame Seimen Aizuwakamatsu

The udon noodles are so yummy! I love this place, both here and in hawaii.

We had the always popular Marugame Noodles, Oni Oroshi Pork Shabu-shabu and Tempura. It was hot, so the cold pork shabu-shabu and grated radish were refreshing, and the accent of the fried eggplant was delicious. Tempura includes kakiage, sweet potato, kashiwa tempura, and the famous tempura manju that can only be eaten in Aizu. All of them are crispy and fluffy, and I have eaten various tempura so far, but they are very delicious. You can see the careful work of the person in charge of tempura. (He had an unusual last name.)

I entered the store around 11:30, but it was not crowded, probably because it was a weekday, and the staff had a good impression with their calm response.
