It was really nice, there is no English menu so you need to translate it (they also have a tablet they use google translate on) for your order. You have to wait 20 mins for the food but you get to see the whole process of the chef making it. Food is yummy and staff is really friendly We had wagyu beef and beers whilst we waited A whole one is quite a lot (I just about managed to finish it, see below) but they offer takeaway box just incase

Good food!

When I was on a business trip, I looked up the area near my hotel on Google and visited there. It's a small shop on the second floor of a building that houses several restaurants with about 8 counter seats. I had read in the comments that it would take more than 20 minutes to complete the dish, so I thought the owner was a stubborn old man, but that was not the case.He was a very hospitable man with bright hair. Is it okay to take some time before entering the store? He will confirm. I ate the standard pork tama, but it took about 30 minutes to be served. However, since the food is baked right in front of your eyes, time passes quickly as you watch. There are signs that it takes 20 to 25 minutes to bring out the sweetness and flavor of cabbage, but cabbage's sweetness and flavor are not the only ones. The bottom dough is crispy and the pork inside is also crunchy, the cabbage is not only soft and sweet, but the core has a firm texture, the yakisoba has a crunchy surface and is soft inside, and the egg on top is perfectly cooked. There are many restaurants where the eggs are overcooked and don't have any flavor, but the flavor of the eggs really comes through. When you eat all the layers together, it's like a mille-feuille of okonomiyaki. I had finished all my drinks and there was still some okonomiyaki left, so I was wondering whether to order a drink or not, but they served me cold water. Finally, I topped it off with water, which was great. By far the best okonomiyaki I've ever eaten! ! ! I don't think you'll ever come across tastier okonomiyaki than here. There is also a wide variety of side menus, so we recommend eating while you wait while watching your okonomiyaki being prepared. Although I didn't order it, I could smell the lemon from the person next door's lemon sour, so I'm sure the lemon sour is delicious. I would definitely like to order it next time. It's a small store, so I don't want it to get crowded, but please give it a try! You can find the ultimate okonomiyaki.
