I ordered a course. The interior, presentation, and taste were all wonderful. It's neither too noisy nor too quiet, so you can relax and enjoy cooking and conversation. Each dish was carefully crafted and I was able to enjoy it from beginning to end. Meat sushi is known as a minefield in some circles, but here I was able to eat something truly delicious for the first time, and I feel like my life has become even richer. There were two people: a head chef who was in charge of the iron plate, and a staff member who handled various tasks skillfully. Both of them were kind, but the only thing that bothered me was that at times the head chef spoke to the staff in a strong tone. However, the content is honest, and I think it's a sign of trust and commitment... Whatever it was, it was delicious and we had a great time. This is a wonderful store that I would like to continue visiting.
