It is a famous store that has been taken care of many times. I always went here when I ate teppanyaki at Sangenjaya. The chef prepares the food in a lively and stylish way right in front of you. You can enjoy the cooking with your eyes, the sound of the grilling with your ears, and the scent of the spices with your nose. In the meantime, the wine you drink with your companion will taste even better than it should, and the conversation will be lively. When the food is ready, they will explain the production area and how to eat it, just like in a restaurant. It's a hideaway teppanyaki restaurant, and if you eat the same thing here in Ginza, it costs more than three times as much, so considering that, you can eat top-notch food at a very reasonable price. It's an important taste, but of course it's a first-class deliciousness. Regarding customer service, it seems that the chef also serves as a garcon here. I am really impressed because I am busy cooking like a demon in front of me and also serving customers. The owner-chef will also talk to you while reading the atmosphere here, so you can enjoy a really rich adult time. Seats are separated on the 1st and 2nd floors, but reservations are required in either case. On the first floor, there are often no vacancies unless you make a reservation early. Finally, if you are unsure about the menu when visiting for the first time, the “Chef's Recommended Course” is a good choice. You can enjoy seasonal menu. It's really excellent.

Kujo green onions, octopus, dashi-wrapped eggs, lightly pickled curd, clams in cream sauce, domestic fillet, Wagyu hamburger, raw oysters, fried gizzard, marinated octopus and tomato, stuffed shiitake mushrooms, green onion pork, and what else is there? ...? Shirako chawanmushi! It was so delicious that I wanted to eat it all in a bowl. We ate a lot, had some delicious drinks, and it was pretty cheap. It's so delicious that you can keep eating it no matter how many times you eat it. The staff also asks for refills of drinks in a timely manner. It was so much fun that I forgot to take pictures! I was seated at the counter, so it was fun to watch a little show while I was waiting. The nearby coin parking was also cheap. I'll be visiting regularly!
