Since I was still scared of the coronavirus, I was searching online for a place where I could drink in a private room, and I found Teppanyaki Azami. I didn't want to order a course meal and wanted to order what I wanted, so I reserved a seat over the phone. (Online information was mainly about course meals, and it seemed like there were no reservations for seats.) When I visited there at the time, I was shown to a large room with a sunken kotatsu seat instead of a private room. When I told the clerk, ``I made a reservation for a private room...'', she replied, ``They are already fully booked and there are no private rooms available,'' but she smoothly asked me to swap seats with another customer who had not yet arrived. It moved. Feeling apologetic, I moved on, but the clerk showed me a tablet screen that seemed to be checking the status of my reservation, and said, ``It says here that there are horigotatsu seats, right?'' and I felt even more apologetic. I didn't know they had horigotatsu seats, but when I went out of my way to show them my tablet, I guess they thought I lied and asked for a private room seat. I feel really sorry. The food and drinks were really great and everything was delicious! The food looks beautiful and increases your appetite, and there are many types of alcohol, so you're sure to find one that suits your taste. There were some ingredients that they came to show me and said, ``I'm going to cook this now.'' A friend who went with me gave me a great compliment, saying, ``You found a great restaurant! I'm really happy to be here.'' If you don't want to make a reservation for a course meal, but just want to reserve a seat, I think it's better to bring more money with you. There is no all-you-can-drink alcohol course. They have a good selection of sake, so even though the prices are high, I wish they had an all-you-can-drink course so I could try more sake. The customer service of the staff was polite and kind. The way he speaks, the way he serves food, and the way he cleans up empty dishes are all wonderful. The store and restrooms are very clean. It seemed like the cleaning was done well and I felt comfortable.
