Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Bonno

I found myself unexpectedly in Yokohama on a Thursday evening and picked this place from a Google search. Bonno turned out to be spectacular. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. The quality was high while the price was quite reasonable. I was also lucky enough to sit center grill. It's a quiet atmosphere and the chef was engaging and amicable. I'll definitely go again if ever I'm in downtown Yokohama.

I used the private course meal. They serve delicious dishes using ingredients from Tokushima Prefecture. Every dish is insanely delicious. There are also dishes that can be visually enjoyed, such as spiny lobster, abalone, and Awa beef, all of which were exquisite. For important entertainment, dates, and parties, we definitely recommend a private room. It was more of a stylish room than a private room. I have also posted photos so you can get a feel for the atmosphere.

I had the course with Cheonsabaju (white sparkling wine). Even though I tend to eat quite well... I was so full that I was so sad that I couldn't eat all the yakisoba. (The yakisoba... was really delicious haha) All the food was delicious overall, and the seafood and wagyu menu was well-balanced. It was nice to have it done! It is difficult to reserve counter seats for multiple people, but since the group seats are right near the counter, it was nice to be able to feel the mood of teppanyaki right away. Even if you can't drink alcohol, there was a variety of non-alcoholic menu options.
