[Ajisen] is an okonomiyaki restaurant located about 2 minutes walk from the north exit of Sugamo Station on the JR Yamanote Line. I've only been there once before, but that time I mainly went for drinks, but this time I went for a hearty meal lol. After all, the all-you-can-drink course is a great deal. I guess it's hard to find someone to do it for 3,500 yen in this day and age. The arrival time was delayed, and some items were sold out, but I got a lot of points for being able to suggest alternatives~ lol After receiving the bean sprout namul and katsumami, I started with the dashimaki tamago. Thank you for skillfully grilling it on the spot, and it tasted delicious. Next is the stir-fried geso, but why do butter, soy sauce, and geso go so well together? lol It was also great for drinking! I tried natto topping for okonomiyaki, but was it rich? It came out and was delicious! The monja was topped with baby stars and baked to perfection, but this style of spreading it all over the iron plate is amazing! Of course it tastes delicious too. At the end of the course, I ordered fried rice and dessert, but I ordered mokkai monja lol. This time I had mochi and mentaiko topping, but this is it! I thought that in Tokyo, I had to make my own okonomiyaki, but just like in Kansai, Ajisen cooks it for me, so it's really helpful! Let's go again slowly.

I ate okonomiyaki and monjayaki. The method was to order additional toppings to the base dough. It was fun because I was able to choose my favorite ingredients and make it. I chose curry powder for Monjayaki! It was delicious. If you don't understand, ask one of the staff members and they will explain it to you carefully. It was a nice shop with a bright staff! ! !

Cheap and delicious! ! 550 yen with pork okonomiyaki and a cup of sofdori is exceptional and delicious. It's a style to bake by yourself, but if it's fun and cheap, you'll be very satisfied.
