Under the supervision of Azabu Juban Sublime, a restaurant that has won Michelin stars for three consecutive years, I was looking forward to this day as it was the first time they opened in Ikebukuro. Once you pass through the noren, you will find yourself in a very calm atmosphere inside the shop. The L-shaped iron plate counter caught my eye, I was in the middle of carefully grilling the food for a customer in a private room who had arrived earlier. The best part of Teppanyaki is sitting at the counter! However, for groups of 4 or more people, where it is difficult to talk when sitting next to each other, I thought it was convenient because there is a private room for entertaining guests. We visited as a group of two and sat at the counter, enjoying the feeling of live music. What I received was the Teppanyaki course (with top quality abalone) (¥12,900 tax included). While sharing a bottle of champagne “Lanson Black Label Brut”, enjoy the luxurious course menu. “Assortment of seasonal appetizers” includes Tosa-boiled bamboo shoots, simmered beef, Soaked okahijiki, grilled mackerel, sakura shrimp and raw seaweed served in agar. All of them are delicately seasoned and delicious, making them the best sake accompaniments. Dry sake would probably go well with it, but Lanson, which has a long aftertaste, would also go well. Today's ususukuri is "Mako flounder ususukuri". Wrap green onions in it and enjoy with ponzu sauce. It's rare to have it as sashimi, but it had a chewy texture and was delicious. The next dish, ``Crab and Mitsuba Chawanmushi'', is made with sweet crab meat. Chawanmushi with plenty of toppings and elegant dashi soup. The gentle taste will make you feel warm. “Roast Beef Salad with Japanese Black Beef” includes: Served with a special flavorful horseradish dressing, It goes well with the melt-in-your-mouth roast beef, which is packed with flavor, and is very filling. Wine by the glass is also on the menu, so if the bottle of champagne is finished, I might have ordered red wine! It's finally time for a delicious show right in front of your eyes. “Teppanyaki abalone” Carefully cooked. If you overcook it, it will become hard, so while admiring the craftsmanship, The joy of eating the soft abalone in your mouth is indescribable. The basil (and butter?) sauce brings out the flavor of the abalone. and the main “A5 Japanese black beef sirloin steak and seasonal vegetables teppanyaki”. I ordered the beautifully marbled meat served medium rare. After just a few bites, it disappears quickly. The juices that fill your mouth are exquisite, and the meat is so soft and delicious. I usually finish with garlic rice, but Today, I'm in the mood for cooked rice. “Sakura shrimp and bamboo shoot rice” is the perfect taste of spring. Since you gave me a lot of attention, I wonder if there are many women? I think it's a satisfying amount for men. I felt like I was going to burst, but I was tempted by the fragrant sakura shrimp and my favorite bamboo shoots. I ate a lot, even though I was on a diet. . Finish the course with a vanilla parfait and coffee for dessert. The silent chef's skill in grilling is amazing. The service of the staff at the store is also pleasant. The course was perfect and I was completely satisfied. The week started off well with delicious Teppanyaki from Monday.

I received the course at the counter. Not only the wagyu fillet, but also the abalone was the best. The inside of the store is clean and I recommend it.
