Visited for lunch on a telework day. Meat wholesaler in Lumiere shopping street where I occasionally buy meat. Apparently it's a teppanyaki restaurant directly managed by Niku no Keiji. The word “directly managed meat wholesaler” alone gives a great sense of trust! When we arrived, the signboard read ``Midsummer Steak Fair''. Loin steak costs 1,870 yen → 1,100 yen! At first, I was fully intending to make the Kiwami Steak Bowl. I didn't hesitate to order the loin steak. Lunch is 160g of Australian pork loin. A set that includes grilled vegetables, rice, salad, and soup. It's a feast for the eyes as you can watch the grilling right in front of you at the counter★ This style of teppanyaki allows you to enjoy a live feeling. I imagine it costs about 5,000 yen, so it's a great deal. The thick loin steak that was brought to us was Exquisitely grilled with fragrant grill marks and just the right amount of rareness! If you look closely, the texture of the two steaks is slightly different. One side is the wild red meat with a lot of fat. The other side is less fatty and has a slightly marbled texture. It might just be a coincidence, but it's fun to compare them ^^ Tender and meaty high quality Aussie beef I was so happy to be able to enjoy all the sweet summer vegetables! When I entered about 15 minutes after opening, there were 6 people in front of me. This time it took about 30 minutes from ordering to being served. It's well worth the wait, though. We recommend making a reservation or visiting when you have plenty of time.

I ordered a loin steak for lunch. My wife must have noticed that I was wearing a maternity mark, so she asked, ``Shall I bake one well?'' I was pleased with the consideration given to pregnant women who need to be careful with raw foods. The loin steak was also very delicious! The meat is tender and has a strong flavor, and goes well with wasabi and salt. I'll come back later!

I went there for my anniversary, and the atmosphere and customer service were great, and the food was delicious. I learned that they also serve lunch, so I would definitely like to use it again.
