Fujisawa, Kanagawa, Japan｜鉄板焼 MIKASAGI

This is a teppanyaki restaurant that has been open for two years, and the prices were on the high side for a restaurant in Fujisawa's izakaya district. They recommend Wagyu beef, and the quality is on par with Teppanyaki. What is especially noteworthy is the atmosphere of the store, which has a bar-like atmosphere and is a high quality store, including the price range.

Small restaurant with 2 chefs managing the service and the kitchen who gave us a very nice evening. Menu difficult to understand because only in Japanese, Google or Apple translation not great but the chef helped us. But it was worth it! We ate an assortment of Divine Wagyu, vegetables accompanied by an extremely good and tasty sea urchin sauce, and perfectly grilled eggplant. It's perfect! To accompany everything, a sake chosen by the chef which had a flowery and delicate flavor. For dessert, homemade black sesame pudding. The atmosphere, the service, the taste of all the dishes, it was simply great! The price is a bit steep, but logical given the quality of the products.

I stopped by for lunch. I had a ginger-baked lunch, a highball, and a rolled egg lunch, but both were delicious and satisfying. The response from everyone at the store was also good, and it was a store I would like to visit slowly for dinner next time.
