I was spoilt for choice with an array of mouthwatering options, unfortunately there’s no English menu, trust Google translate……. One dish that stole my heart was the stir fried pork loin with black vinegar, a succulent pork belly that practically oozes with lard in my mouth. The balance of flavors was impeccable, with the sweet and savory glaze complementing the tender meat perfectly. It was a true indulgence. Another standout dish was the duo of tofu that is soaked in sake created a harmonious blend of flavors that delighted my taste buds. Each bite was a delightful medley of textures and tastes, showcasing the essence of Okinawan cuisine. The grilled chicken was way too salty for my liking…nonetheless it was juicy and tender. My god the grilled tuna was huge!! Not overly cooked and had the right flavour. The attentive and knowledgeable staff at 琉球'S deserve a special mention. They were not only friendly and welcoming, one of them can converse in English. In terms of value, 琉球'S offers an incredible dining experience at a reasonable price point. The quality of the ingredients, the attention to detail in presentation, and the overall ambiance make it a standout choice for anyone seeking a genuine taste of Okinawa in Ebina. The Okinawan cuisine on the grand menu is always consistently delicious, including sea grapes, sukugarasu, island tofu, and rafute. Other than that, the owner's recommended dishes change every time, making you want to keep coming back. The owner and his wife are both nice and pleasant people, and they have many customers. The food is plentiful, so families come here often. I think the reason why there are so many female regulars is because the store is bright and comfortable. The wife has the rare qualification of an awamori master, and we have the best selection of awamori available anywhere in Kanagawa.If you tell the wife your preferences, she will serve you the perfect awamori in a Ryukyu glass. This is a wonderful restaurant where you can experience Okinawa even if you don't drink or have never been to Okinawa.
