Everything was delicious. Amuse's mousse goes well with wine. The sardine was fresh and the orange sauce was really good. The abalone was very tender and the liver butter sauce was excellent. I want to eat granita in a bowl. The steak is, of course, tender. I fell in love with the homemade ponzu sauce. And sulfur rock salt? was a shock. It was really delicious when I sprinkled it on the butter-baked potato that was improvised and made cheaply. I want to go eat again. I would like to meet the chief and the sommelier again.

I made a reservation and had a private room. I was able to eat delicious meat slowly. It seems that the cooking method is very particular and takes a long time, but it was served at a good time, not long after the amuse.
