This is a counter-only restaurant located in the basement of CIAL, which is directly connected to Yokohama Station. Both the "Beef Fillet Diced Steak Set Meal" and the "Hamburger Steak Set Meal" are the lowest priced at 1,309 yen. Having the food cooked right in front of you gives you a luxurious feeling. It's not that which one is more delicious, but the taste of the bean sprouts that comes with it is truly amazing. I always visit here to try the bean sprouts rather than the meat. When I asked the chef about the seasoning for the bean sprouts, he told me that they use Ajinomoto. I don't think that alone can produce this flavor.
