Best meal in Kyoto. Every dish we ordered was delicious - perfectly seasoned and we could taste the freshness of the ingredients. A5 wagyu was spectacular we went for seconds. Friendly staff and chef. You have to try!!!

AMAZING!!! Let’s break it down: Food: 5/5 We were seated right at the counter and was able to see the chef cook everything immediately. We ordered omelette fried rice, mixed yakisoba, and A5 wagyu. The dishes were phenomenally tasty. They also offered little side dishes which really helped complement the flavors and cut into the fattiness of the meat. I just left but I’m already ready to go back for more… Service: 6/5 Maybe because we were the only ones there at 6pm, but they were super attentive and responsive. The server came over within half a second for anything we needed. I accidentally dropped a spoon on my white pants, and the chef actually came over himself to bring some kind of detergent/stain-remover to help clean it off. The hostess gave me so many towels to help as well. I appreciated that so much! Top notch service for sure. Atmosphere: 5/5 Nice cozy space, not many seats but is very comfortable. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. Good AC in the summer. Conclusion: Would absolutely come back again, if our schedule permits. I hope they become more popular!! How do I love thee let me count the ways. This place is AMAZING. We bought them out of every type of fish and sake. The pork wrapped green onions and wagyu were fantastic. We went two nights in a row it was so good.
