Ue-chan opened in 2023💡 Even though it's within easy reach from my home I didn't realize it was open 💦 I found out about it by chance on Google Maps. I was finally able to go the other day 😄 I went to have dinner The round shape of okonomiyaki I would like you to see it ☺️ What I ordered was Bolognese okonomiyaki is 1,480 yen. Inside is fried noodles and minced meat. It's packed tightly ✨️✨️ Other fried shrimp 880 yen, Straw-grilled shime mackerel 1,200 yen? , I ordered Basque cheesecake for 680 yen. Everything was delicious 😄❤️ Basque cheesecake with salt Served with honey, It was very delicious even when eaten with salt 🙇 Thank you for the meal! The quality of the appetizers is surprisingly high. Authentic dishes such as low-temperature roast beef, straw-grilled bonito, dashimaki egg, grated tomatoes, and potato salad ♥️ It’s amazing that they even go so far as to make straw-grilled rice👍 The gari tomato was a mixture of boiled tomatoes and gari, and it was just too delicious for my taste 🥰 The combination of gari and tomato goes well🥰 All okonomiyaki are dome-shaped wrapped in eggs!! ️ It's Hiroshimayaki, so it's mostly cabbage, so it's healthy 😊 It does include yakisoba noodles lol It seems that onions are also added to add sweetness. The okonomiyaki cooked by the young, handsome owner is stylish and innovative ♥️ There's plenty to choose from, including the highly recommended bolognese, the women's popular mochi cheese, the unusual Taiwanese minced meat, and everyone's favorite shrimp mentaiko. When you sit at the counter, you can watch the exquisite handcrafting of the iron plate being spread out in front of you. It was fun to watch as it felt like it was a live performance, and the time I was waiting was also fun 😘 Dessert is also included for an additional charge. Cheesecake eaten with salt has an addictive combination of smoothness and sweet and salty taste 😍 The homemade red bean and kinako milk pudding was smooth and melted in the mouth, and the kinako flavor worked well. The inside of the store is stylish like a cafe and is great for girls' night out or dates. Lots of cheese and very delicious. I entered the store late on a weekday, but the crowds varied depending on the day. It's clean, and the counter seats allow you to see the cooking process nearby, making waiting time enjoyable. The speed from ordering to serving is very good, and the timing for lowering plates and serving drinks is also very good. The store is lively. The greetings from the staff are also pleasant. Excellent customer service◎ The taste is also ◎ The creative type is also the Hiroshimayaki! The classics were also delicious. (I'm looking forward to the lunch menu, which will change some parts on a monthly basis.) Although it is only used for lunch, the appetizers are delicious and the appearance is beautiful.
