Yokkaichi, Mie, Japan｜Uchida

From Teppanyaki Uchida I visited Uchida, which has reopened after renovation. The previous Uchida style was good, but now it's really fashionable. The handsome manager cooks the food smartly. The food is served at the table right in front of you, so it's like being on the chef's stage. The taste is still intact and has been updated. The garlic rice is especially delicious❣️ Adding a little bit of the secret sauce makes it even more delicious. However, there are only 2 tables reserved (maybe 8 people per table), so it may be difficult to get a reservation. I'll do my best to make a reservation 💪

The hospitality with a wonderful space, great food, and carefully selected wines was amazing. We would like to continue to support Uchida, which has become even more powerful.

This is my first visit to the store for lunch. I heard that the seating capacity was small, so I made a reservation before visiting. I chose the grilled beef fillet set meal. The meat is very tender and the fragrant aroma comes from grilling it. It is very tasty. The caramel flavored ice cream for dessert was also delicious. I forgot to take a photo of the dessert drink ^^;Thank you for the meal.
