More Comments at Google MapSukeroku ¥840 @ Kamei Sushi In the Kabuki play "Sukeroku Yukari no Edozakura", Sukeroku's mistress was a courtesan of Yoshiwara named "Amaki". "Age" in "agemaki" means fried tofu, and "maki" means seaweed roll. That's why the sushi that mixed inari and seaweed rolls came to be called Sukeroku. When I was a kid, I hated wasabi-flavoured tuna sushi, so I used to eat this kind of stuff with adults. Even though it was the time when I could eat cheap nigiri sushi at a sushi restaurant's lunch, I was craving for seaweed rolls and inari. Oh, I also wanted to eat nori balls, but if you order sukeroku and nori balls, the portion will be quite large, and the price will be about double the price of a lunch nigiri. I hesitated for a while, but decided on Sukeroku. When I went out drinking with friends and was invited to eat ramen at the end of the day, I would part myself there, go into a sushi restaurant that was open late at night, and order Sukeroku and a bottle of beer. . After drinking, I want to eat these sweet carbohydrates rather than nigiri. You might think that Sukeroku can be bought at a convenience store these days, but Sukeroku at a sushi restaurant is delicious. The salted plums of the vinegared rice, the softness of the dried gourd, and the softness and freshness of the deep-fried tofu are outstanding. I don't like this. It would be nice to eat a full belly of only seaweed balls. It kind of reminds me of my early love for sushi when I was a kid. It's not like I should just rush out and eat expensive sushi. It's also nice to stop by and enjoy sushi restaurants nearby.
I visited for the first time for lunch. Restaurants where you can eat fresh fish are rare in Aizu, which is surrounded by mountains. The rice was moderately soft and the quantity was satisfying. It may be less for men. Nigiri and rose sushi are available for 900 yen each.
The customer service is wonderful. Of course, the sushi is also delicious. Lunch includes salad and miso soup for 750 yen. A casual sushi restaurant. I think the photo was special.
