Koriyama, Fukushima, Japan｜Sushi Uomon

Probably the best sushi restaurant in Koriyama. I ate my meal at the counter, and the conversation with the chef was interesting, and of course the food was perfect. It's called Edomae sushi. It was about 20 dishes. The price was about 1.5 times higher than expected, so if you have a chance to go, please be prepared (lol)

If you eat and drink a lot, it will cost you a lot. It's like drinking slowly and hoping for something delicious. Mr. Ita is kind, so it's okay to have a first look. Maybe it's because of the location of Koriyama. The dishes in the photo include prawn appetizer, bluefin squid, Oma tuna, and whelk. Thin fish, cod milt, northern shellfish, sweet shrimp, and the final dish? Fried castella.

I don't get a chance to go there very often since I'm not local, but I went there with a couple of local friends. I was the one who paid the bill, but it seemed like I was the only one who didn't like it, so maybe it was my imagination that they didn't treat me very well. But I'll go again.
