Considering the cost performance, I think it's a ☆5. Some of the reviews mention things like the attitude of the staff, but it's not something that bothers me. If you want the highest quality hospitality, all you have to do is go to a decent restaurant. I went to the store several times and reconfirmed that there were a lot of old reviews that were off the mark. They offer toppings that you wouldn't normally find in Tokyo for the same price. Personally, I feel more satisfied when I order sashimi rather than sushi. It's a pity that there aren't many types of sake (Is it just Hokkaido's temperament?) I think this shop is loved by the locals because you can often see them keeping bottles.
