Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Hajime Sushi

Google Maps says it opens at 1pm, but when I called, it said it opened at 5pm (at least on Fridays). I saw a review that said ``I went there at lunchtime and it wasn't open,'' but I think the information on Google Maps is probably wrong. The taste of the sushi, the warm chef, and the hostess are both great. The special menu was full of luxury items such as fatty tuna, sea urchin, crab, salmon roe, and shellfish, and was a great value at 3,000 yen. There was no egg, but on the other hand, it was a good thing because it allowed me to enjoy the fish to the fullest. A small store with only a counter. There seemed to be a lot of regulars, so I was lucky to get in even though I didn't see it at first glance ♪ I'll definitely go again!

It looks like a long-established sushi restaurant. No matter what kind of topping you eat, it's delicious😋 I always like to finish with sea urchin. We also recommend eating mackerel and anakyu!

A friendly shop run by the owner and his mom♪ It's a good shop where you can come even by yourself. I only use carefully selected material. It's a story that doesn't compromise...that's why it's really good.
