Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Asahi Sushi

Another great find, I’ve always been passing by here but first time to try this place. What a wonderful little sushi shop. The chef was so kind and aside from being really friendly offered a few extra pieces of sushi for us to try. I’ll definitely be coming back here and telling more Niseko friends about this awesome sushi pit stop. :)

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Sapporo, even if we don't speak so much japanese my wife and I always feel welcome; we ended up learning many fish names in japanese! The sushi is fantastic, the sushi masters make a delicate and beautiful work. Super recommended!!!
