Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Kozozushi Higashinaeboten

Kozo Sushi in my neighborhood is gone. Kozo Sushi for the first time in about 20 years Battera is definitely the best! But back in the day, you could buy it for around 180 yen 🤔 Still, I was very satisfied! Also, when passing by I found a place I want to visit (*^^*)✌️

This is one of my favorite dishes, perhaps because it reminds me of my childhood. It consists of a pair of hand-rolled sushi and zaru soba.

It is one of only a few shops in Sapporo. It's one of the sushi restaurants everyone looks forward to at my house. The sushi rice vinegar is so delicious that you can think of it as sushi. In addition, the shop is clean and the sushi is delicious.
