Chuo City, Tokyo, Japan｜Tsukiji Tama Sushi

My friend and I came here tonight for dinner after more than half the day of traveling--we were starving! I wanted to come to this place since I wanted sushi for dinner, and what better way to check out Tokyo than through their food--SUSHI! This restaurant was only a few minutes walk from my hotel, which was convenient. We ordered several orders of random nigiri and clam soups! I highly recommend this place. The service was fast, and they were super friendly in helping us put in our orders on a sheet of paper (check off list for the sushi chefs and kitchen staff)

This is a nice sushi spot located in the high end shopping mall, Omotosando Hills. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of sushi here. The place has a few sit down tables and about 6-8 counter spots at the sushi bar. They have set course at different price points and a full menu as well with tons of ala carte options. I wasn’t too hungry so I opted for the smallest sushi set and it was amazing. Every piece of fish was great. For this quality sushi in the states, we would pay north of $150 per person. They also serve the freshest salad with the set. I loved the salad….not sure what type of greens they used but it was super cold and refreshing. The greens they used are great and it was served with a light ponzu sauce topped with bonito shavings to add some umami. Service was great and very attentive plus they didn’t rush me to get out. OUTSTANDING QUALITY SUSHI FOR THE PRICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The fish at this place was amazing. I had multiple moments of sitting and savoring the quality and flavor of the fish after a long day of exploring. Nestled into the Tsukiji area, the fish was nothing short of incredible with so many types to choose from. The atmosphere here is beautiful and the service is great. Would definitely come here again.
