Ueda, Nagano, Japan｜Chinese Cuisine Xiangchi Daishokudo

My companion ordered fried chicken with Shanghai sauce for lunch, but I forgot to take a photo. I also forgot to take a picture of the after-meal dessert that came with Mabo Lunch. The steamed dumplings seemed to be popular and other customers were ordering more.

I did not know. I wish there was such delicious mapo tofu in the world. It's a big loss if you don't eat this! Despite the aggressive lunch price for mapo tofu, it was overwhelmingly satisfying.

I never thought there was a store like this in Ueda! Due to my job, I spend a lot of time in Greater China, but I thought it was pretty good compared to other countries. Although the number of items is small, they serve quite authentic dim sum. Although it may be inefficient, a restaurant of this size can provide you with amazing homemade food. It's a store that only those in the know know about, but I'd like to see more people know about it and increase the number of days it's open.
