Ueda, Nagano, Japan｜Fukurou

I love fried rice and have eaten it at all the restaurants, but I feel that the fried rice here is the best in class. Even though the ingredients are simple, just eggs and ham, it's full of flavor, and it's flaky yet moist. Sanra noodles are quite sour and have a medium spiciness. The lunch menu comes with salad, half noodles, half rice, and dessert. It's Chinese food, but it's very delicate and delicious. Also the delivery time is fast. We will go again!

I wanted to eat Chinese food so I looked it up. Both the tantan noodles and half mabohan orders were delicious. Mabohan was good. This is a Chinese restaurant that I would like to visit again when I come to Ueda.
