Very tasty.

There was always a line and it was hard to get in, but today I got in as soon as it opened. Yo Oizumi's posters and autographs, as well as many other autographs, are displayed. I had the popular yakisoba. I've had this yakisoba, which is unique to Ueda City, at other restaurants, but the look and taste of Lemon's go well with me. Yakisoba served with a mixture of mustard and vinegar is strangely addictive. Thank you for the meal.

Previously, in "Oizumi Yo's Sansan Sunday", Mr. Oizumi ``Ueda is a small town, but there are many delicious restaurants, but I especially like Lemon's [Ankake Yakisoba], especially the thin noodles are delicious!'' He praised it highly, so I wanted to visit him someday. When I passed by around 10:50 on a weekday, there was a sign saying ``Under Preparation'' and no one was waiting. Since I had some time until the store opened, I went to take a photo of the "NABO" building that was filmed at the opening of the Inugami family, and returned to Lemon at 11:20, but there was no one waiting, so I went right away. I went to Miyagi Shoten next door to buy a goshuin stamp from Takaichi Shrine. I was surprised to be outside in about 5 minutes! There was a huge line for Lemon! I was saved because my wife was in line! At 11:30, we were ushered inside and sat at a table for two facing each other. Of course, I ordered [Yukkei Stir-fried Noodles/Gomoku Ankake Yakisoba], and my wife ordered [Niku-don/Chinese-style Niku-don], which she had been interested in before coming, and [Gyoza]. Most of the other people ordered [Gomoku Ankake Yakisoba]. “I guess it’s popular.” My wife went around asking the customers who were waiting outside to order, and they all ordered the [Jikei Stir-fried Noodles/Gomoku Ankake Yakisoba]! ! After waiting for about 15 minutes, [Meat bowl/Chinese style meat bowl] was brought out first. As soon as it is placed on the table, it smells very nice. But it looks just brown! ...What do you think? I'm a little worried since no one has ordered it. My wife immediately took a bite and said, ``It's delicious!'' and I immediately took a bite as well, and it was truly delicious! It turns out that the good aroma of the ankake comes from the strong shiitake mushroom stock. The taste lingers and the taste lingers. Shortly after, the [Gomoku Ankake Yakisoba] was brought out, and I ate it right away.It started with thin noodles, but they were soft and thin without being chewy. The charred parts are fragrant. The ankake has a gentle flavor and I really like it. However, since the taste is predictable, it's not as impressive as [Meat bowl/Chinese style meat bowl]. But it's still delicious. My wife agrees. Then, the [gyoza] was delivered and although it looked ordinary, the skin was grilled crispy and the filling was delicious! It's expensive, but I'm glad I ordered it. I hadn't come across any gyoza like this recently, so it was a happy miscalculation. I was impressed by the fact that the shop owner was very attentive and served customers politely even though she was busy. So, although the restaurant was small, it didn't feel cramped and I was able to enjoy my meal. After all, if the restaurant is nicer, the food will be even more delicious. In addition, it has become a restaurant where I would like to visit for a different menu. Thank you for the meal.
