R5.10 I want to eat Morita's ramen for the first time in a while! That's what I thought. This time I had the Kakuni Ramen, which is only available in winter. The ramen, which comes with two large cubes of braised pork belly, doesn't have a strong taste and is easier to enjoy than you might expect. The traditional curly noodles mixed with the light soy sauce-based soup were delicious✨ The braised pork belly was so soft that you could cut it with chopsticks and it was delicious! It was also heartwarming to hear the conversations I had with regular customers about their health. There were two female staff serving the meals, and both of them served the customers with smiles, which made me happy☺️ I was able to eat comfortably. Thank you for the meal.

This week's lunch is at the legendary Chinese restaurant "Morita" in Ueda City. The time was 16:00, which was halfway through, so it was empty. The sauce is ramen with red bean paste called spicy sauce noodles. I ended up having the ramen and fried rice set😁. The spicy sauce noodles are super delicious with the sweet and spicy filling mixed with the noodles❗️The ramen has a simple taste. The fried rice is also super delicious😋. It has supported the stomachs of Ueda citizens near the station. Please do your best from now on as well. Please use the nearby paid parking lot. I can't use PayPay.

Locally famous, The Machi Chinese Restaurant! Ever since I was a student, it has satisfied both my taste and my stomach. Since I became an adult, I don't go to the station as often because of the parking lot, but when I go and eat there for the first time in a while, I'm grateful that the food is still as delicious and that it's still open! This is a restaurant that we hope will preserve this deliciousness for many years to come!
