Tatsuko, located in the basement of Government Building No. 2, is an authentic Chinese restaurant that is completely out of the frame of the company cafeteria. Today, the numbingly spicy Dandan noodles are 850 yen, and for dinner, a large serving is 150 yen and rice is 200 yen. The soup is so spicy that it can make you choke, but you can't help but eat it with rice dipped in meat miso and a unique spice of umami.

The spiciness of tantan noodles is destructive and wonderful. It was spicy and my tongue was swollen! Best of all, the chili oil, which seems to be homemade, is the most delicious.
