Nagano, Japan｜SEIKŌTEI (Ch’ing Kwang T’ing)

I made the lunch menu today. A mini ramen set with either mapo bowl or Chinese bowl. Ramen noodles are smooth like somen noodles I was happy that there were a lot of Shinachiku. Mapo-don is not a bowl, but a plate with rice and mapo on top. I didn't realize how hot it was, so I tried to eat it and almost got burned. Plus, it comes with Yakult.

I stopped by at a friend's recommendation for dinner after visiting Togakushi Shrine and Zenkoji Temple. I heard that the tofu miso ramen here is delicious, and I wanted to try it after hearing the name for the first time, so I ordered it. There's probably at least one block of tofu in it. The soup had a gentle miso flavor with a hint of garlic, and it was very delicious with lots of vegetables in it.

A set meal restaurant located in front of Nagano Station. Ordered tofu miso ramen for lunch 🍜 The price is reasonable and the taste is delicious, so I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.
