A hidden gem in Tokamachi. The menu, which is based on the owner's Sichuan Chinese cuisine, is perfect. We recommend the gyoza and spicy ramen. The dumplings are juicy and flavorful, and you can eat as many as you want. You can choose the level of spiciness you like for the spicy ramen, and the authentic soup is also nicknamed extra-large char siu.

Even though I'm local, I didn't know! It's a nostalgic soup, but it was well made. Charyaki and fried rice are exquisite! I'd like to try some spicy ramen too. Unfortunately, they had mapo tofu but not mapo noodles.
