I went to eat at Kikyo-ya, a popular Chinese restaurant in Nagaoka City, Niigata. This is a Sichuan restaurant run by Mr. Chen, where he trained under Mr. Chen. I devoured drooling chicken, Chin's salted beef shank, shrimp mayo, soupless dandan noodles, mapo dumplings, shrimp ramen, fried dumplings, panda-chan steamed buns, pork steamed buns, and the finest Ann Ningdorf. This restaurant is run by an amazing person who won a gold medal at a world competition for Chinese cuisine, but it's a great restaurant full of the fun of city Chinese cuisine, and the food is delicious no matter what you eat. Although the spiciness of the Japanese pepper and chili oil hits you hard, the overall seasoning is not too strong, and you won't get tired of eating it at all. It's a delicious Sichuan dish that will fill your stomach. I would like to enjoy the evening course while drinking alcohol.

I used it for lunch. The Chinese mapo tofu was very delicious to my taste. The other menu items looked delicious, so I would like to come again.
