A lightly seasoned Chinese dish perfect for hot summer days. We had delicious food with draft beer.

There are many stone-grilled fried rice with ankake sauce all over the country, but this one is in a class of its own! This is a must-try dish when you come to Koriyama. Not only does it look beautiful, but the staff will pour piping hot bean paste right in front of you. Sizzling, sizzling... At this point, my eyes and ears are full! When I stuff a piping hot spoonful into my mouth, it tastes mellow and elegantly salty and sweet. It has a ``mild taste'' which is exactly the standard for me to give it five stars. What is noteworthy is the matching of the scorched rice and the bean paste. Be sure to try this out at the restaurant!The other dishes looked delicious, so it's a famous restaurant that I'd like to visit again!

It was described as a homely shop, but you couldn't see what was inside from the entrance. It was a bit difficult to get into, but it was a very delicious lunch.
