I popped in while waiting for the Shinkansen. As the store's name suggests, they sell sword-shaved noodles, so I ordered Tandan sword-shaved noodles. The noodles were soft but delicious. I also ordered some stir-fried gyoza and eggplant, and the gyoza had chewy skin and the eggplant was spicy, and I was very satisfied with both.
