This ankake yakisoba was so delicious that I conquered almost all types of ankake yakisoba! (lol) The crispy and hard-cooked noodles are the best. The quantity is not that large, but you can make a large serving for 100 yen, so if you want to eat a lot, we recommend the large serving♪

The restaurant that used to be near Hokkai Gakuen University has moved to a central location, and this was my first time eating here since the move. The deliciousness of the pork-ankake yakisoba that I often ate when I was a student is still there. The noodles have a crunchy surface and are fragrant, and go well with the large amount of shredded pork and bamboo shoots. I've always loved eating it with mildly spicy mustard and vinegar. I'll come back later.
