I think it's easy to find as there is a sign on the left hand side after getting off at the north exit of JR Nopporo Station. It is said to be a restaurant specializing in ankake yakisoba, but it is a highly recommended restaurant near Nopporo Station where the master of Chinese cuisine serves what he thinks is delicious at a reasonable price. Honestly, I recommend it to everyone, but the first one is the ankake yakisoba. There are various flavors, but personally I like gomoku, curry, and tandan. The noodles are cooked just right and the bean paste mixes well. The master also uses the sansho pepper that he uses, and since I like spicy food, I ask him to add more. The mapo tofu that comes from this trend is also served spicy, which is also recommended. Oh, there is also half & half for ankake, which is half fried noodles and half rice topped with ankake. For rice, fried rice is also delicious! We also recommend the shumai and gyoza that are thoroughly steamed and served, but the salmon shumai that is served when the master has salmon caught by line fishing (it is written on the blackboard above the counter) is exquisite. And, it's made with just salmon without using any meat, and it's extremely delicious! You're lucky if you have one, so go for it! For those who drink alcohol, there may be something surprising at the outset! There are times when it seems like the usual, but when there are delicious ingredients, they casually serve them.
