All the dishes are delicious, and I order something different every time I go, and they never disappoint. A restaurant where you can rest assured that you can eat delicious food no matter when you go. My dad is making it all by himself, so it would be difficult if it got too crowded, so to be honest, I don't really want to teach him anything.

A delicious Chinese restaurant that even the Chinese people recognize. Personally, Mabo tofu is number one in Sapporo. He studied under Mr. Chen Jianmin of Sichuan Hotel and was also involved in serving dishes when Deng Xiaoping came to Japan. It's a real Chinese dish with a complex flavor that you can see that all the seasonings are handmade and it takes a lot of time and effort. It is much more delicious than the original Sichuan restaurant. Recommended is cloud white meat, sauce is delicious with a unique taste. The beef tendon ramen also has a creamy meat, and it is seasoned with spices and has just the right amount of spiciness. I have lived in China, so I don't like Chinese food in Sapporo hotels, but I can eat it deliciously here.

The atmosphere of a Chinese restaurant that you can easily go to. Everything is so delicious that I have trouble deciding what to order every time. There's the standard yakisoba with ankake sauce, but the tan dan noodles, chicken cold noodles, double-pot meat, chili shrimp, and chashu fried rice are all excellent!It's also great that there are no scientific seasonings. This is a store that I want to continue. Please stay healthy and run by a very nice couple.
