I used it when I stayed at this hotel. I had high expectations because it was authentic Chinese food and had good reviews, but it was even more delicious than I expected. The shrimp chili had an exquisite taste, with the shrimp being plump and the sauce not being too spicy but not lacking in flavor. And the fried chicken with Yurin sauce is exquisite! ! This was so delicious I was in agony! The outside was crispy, but the chicken was soft and juicy, and the Yulin sauce was neither too thick nor too thin, and despite being fried, it was refreshing. I think I could have ordered a little more. It was so delicious that I thought it was. The fried rice with crab was flaky and had a lot of crab in it, and the gomoku ankake yakisoba had plenty of toppings and wasn't oily, and when combined with the well-cooked noodles, it was also exquisite. The gyoza had thick and chewy skin, and the meat was coarsely chopped, filling and delicious. The almond tofu had good reviews, so I ate it even though I was full, and I'm glad I ate it. The tofu wasn't the smooth type, but there was quite a bit of coconut sauce on top, and when you mixed it together, the apricot kernels and coconut blended together, giving it a new kind of apricot tofu feel. All of the dishes were seasoned to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, and although it wasn't too strong, it wasn't unsatisfying or bland, and it was delicious enough that you never get tired of it and want more. It's expensive, but the quality makes sense. I would definitely like to go eat there again. Thank you for the meal.

We visited on our wedding anniversary✌️😋 I had heard that the Chinese food at the Park Hotel was delicious, so I was really looking forward to visiting. It was a course meal using abalone and shark fin to commemorate the 55th anniversary of opening with the Grand Hotel, but I felt a clear difference from the Chinese restaurants in the city 🤔🎉💯 Each and every item is of a high standard, and everything is delicious ＼(^o^)／ In addition, the staff's response was a perfect customer service that made me feel professional 🤗 At the end, I was thrilled to line up to the elevator to see them off😆

Visited for dinner on February 22, 2020. I'm having dinner with 4 friends. I had fun on the course. As expected, mapo tofu is exquisite 👍 I think Hotel Chuka is the best restaurant in Sapporo.
