Azumino, Nagano, Japan｜手打ちさぬきうどん 心

I ate the kake udon set meal and cutlet curry udon. (All udon menus can be changed to a set meal for an additional 300 yen. Comes with 4 types of tempura, rice, and pickles.) It was chewy and very delicious. It was my first time to see such a delicious udon restaurant. I like it very much. I will go eat again (^o^)v

A Sanuki udon specialty store that stands out in the soba town of Azumino. The reason I entered was that it wasn't crowded even during the consecutive holidays, but I was betrayed in a good way. The thick and chewy udon was chewy enough, and it was very delicious with a strong wheat flavor that did not lose to the taste of the soup. When I ordered a large serving, my jaw got tired by the time I finished eating (laughs)

The customer service was good and the food was delicious. I couldn't see the parking lot from the national highway, so I had ignored it until now, but I really wanted to eat udon, so I looked up the parking lot from the restaurant's official Twitter account and visited. Surprisingly, there was ample parking space, so I thought I could bring my friends along.
