I was impressed by how delicious it was, combined with the faint flavor of yuzu, to cool you down in the heat of the summer! ! It's so delicious that I ate it all up. I tried shabu-shabu with meat udon because of my experience of being damaged by oil, but it was a great solution! It was light and went well with grated daikon radish, so I was able to eat it while it was cool. It is better not to put tenkasu personally. The green onions taste a little strange. Mentai grated yam shake udon. Marugame Seimen's shaken udon was popular, so I immediately decided to try it. It's compact and fun to shake, and the ingredients mix well. By shaking it moderately, the taste of the ingredients will stand out. I'm surprised that this cost less than 400 yen.

There are quite a lot of staff, and the speed of delivery is fast, which is useful when you don't have time.
