Delicious udon

The menu that got me excited this time was the cheese Mentai Kamatama udon pictured above. I originally loved Marugame Seimen's menta Kamatama udon, and I used to eat it from time to time. I didn't know it and ordered it as soon as I saw the menu. It was just as delicious as I imagined, and the photo shows two types: immediately after the clerk arranged it, and after the clerk told me to sprinkle the dashi soy sauce on the desk and break the menta, egg, and cheese and stir lightly. I tried to post. I love Marugame Seimen's tempura sauce, which you can see in the photo, and I like to pour a lot of tempura into a bowl and dip the tempura into it. When I had it, all the flavors came together and it became even more delicious. It was a very satisfying menu with double use of melting cheddar cheese and grated cheese, which is irresistible for cheese lovers.
