It is located on the left side of the first basement floor of the Ueda Station Hotel, about 50 meters from the castle exit of Ueda Station. After all, it's Shinshu, so it's soba. There are table seats and tatami seats, but there is no parking lot. Established in 1891, the 6th generation owner ordered Rokumonsen Soba and Shinshu Soba Gozen, both of which were created at the request of Ueda City. You can tell it's a famous restaurant because there are colored papers of famous people lined up on the walls of the store. The Rokumonsen soba comes in six bowls with yam, wild vegetables, walnuts, mushrooms, tempura, and wasabi greens, and the walnuts and yam were especially delicious. The Shinshu Soba Gozen includes horse sashimi, tempura, grated yam, and grated mushroom soba, all of which are delicious, and Shinshu soba is definitely delicious.I went into this restaurant without doing any research, but I never expected the soba to be this delicious. It was.
The image is that it is crowded with office workers after work at night and lunch at noon! Grandpa, Grandma, and other clerks (when we went there were young men during the day and an aunt at night). The soba noodles are thin and hand-made, and are smooth and delicious🤤 Above all, the tempura is delicious, and we recommend the tempura soba and nozawana tempura!
