This is a soba restaurant near Ueda. It's a very popular restaurant, so you should be prepared to wait. There are many seats, so it's okay for large groups. There are tables, tatami rooms, and counter seats available. Although soba was the main dish, there was also a bowl as a side menu. The walnut ohagi introduced in Matsuko's Unknown World is indescribably delicious with the aroma and sweetness of walnuts. The amount of soba at Kusabue is about the same as a large serving at a soba restaurant in Tokyo. The photo shows a large portion, but the freshly made soba is so delicious that if you're a soba fan and don't eat much, you'll be able to eat it all. After eating soba, top it off with soba hot water and you'll be full and satisfied. As expected, Shinshu soba is delicious.

I usually go to the main store of Komoro Kaikoen, but I stopped by the store in Ueda for the first time. Kurumi soba and walnut ohagi are my favorites. Located in front of Ueda Castle. Free parking is also available. Around noon, the waiting time is about 15 minutes. The number of seats is large, so the rotation is good.

After touring Ueda Castle, I decided to use this restaurant as a place where I could enjoy Shinshu soba. The taste is 10 out of 5 stars. The walnut ohagi in particular is a big hit and is surprisingly delicious. At the entrance, it was written that Matsuko Deluxe was highly praised, and I felt like that was understandable. The soba noodles are thin, chewy, and filling, making them the best. Walnut soba has walnut paste in a soup container. This is delicious. It's sweet, so tastes vary. Other than that, the kakiage is simply fried with onions and is extremely delicious. Overall, I was satisfied with the store. It seems to be crowded at noon, but I think the service is not slow and the rotation is good.
