More Comments at Google MapWada udon I heard that a restaurant specializing in udon noodles will open after the holidays at the back of the Chinese Soba Wadaya main store on the way to Kose Sports Park, but I went there because it was currently open temporarily. This time I ordered the special tsuke udon and chicken rice. The chewy texture goes down easily and the soy sauce-flavored soup goes well together, making it extremely delicious. The soup contains pork belly, seasoned egg, and Chinese cabbage, and comes with free toppings of green onion, fried tofu, and tempura. The noodles were voluminous and served just right. You can tell that the chicken rice is delicious just by the aroma the moment you open the jar. I can't wait for the day when this delicious udon restaurant, which is guaranteed to be a repeat customer, opens soon.
● Meat-added tsukemen 990 yen (2023.06.19) *Although it is hidden in the photo, there is plenty of meat on the floor and it is full of volume. The soup stock is so delicious that you will end up eating all the soup. I am grateful that raw eggs (and green onions) can be topped for free in this day and age.
This is my favorite after ramen. I ordered Kimura-kun udon because of the name, and it came with kimchi.I tried it before the meeting, but the collaboration with pork was really cool. The soy milk mushroom noodles are also topped with green chili peppers for a spicy, mellow and delicious flavor. I was planning to eat soy milk tsukemen 💧www. Look forward to the next one.
