天せいろそば was delicious! I forgot to use the salt on the tempura so please don’t make the same mistake I did (salt is on the side). Service was friendly and the complimentary water was awesome. Total came out to 1830💴

A popular 100 percent soba restaurant in Karuizawa. I visited before the store opened on Sunday, and there were already customers in line, so I waited for about 30 to 40 minutes. I ordered Tenseiro. The store is always full and it took a while for the food to come out, so we recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to spare. The soba noodles are smooth and refreshing. It has a firm texture and is satisfying to eat. The soup is slightly thick and sweet. The tempura is very filling and very satisfying. I thoroughly enjoyed the soba soup and was full.

A delicious soba restaurant in Karuizawa recommended by a friend. Seats fill up as soon as the store opens, so we recommend lining up a little before 11:00. I waited for about 30 minutes without entering the first rotation this time. Soba noodles have a very refreshing taste and go smooth. There is no such thing as a large serving, so I ordered two. Zaru and seiro are also delicious. Both the tempura and the batter are not overly heavy, so you can easily eat them. The soba soup at the end was also delicious.
