Nagano, Japan｜Hanamaru Udon Turuga

Delicious udon that is very afforable. You can choose either small, medium or large size for your udon, and they make it right there, in front of you. It takes less than a minute. They also have other stuff like karage you can grab for around ¥100. You then put as many opinion rings and tempura bits on your udon as you want, and there is plenty of seating. Once you're done you just put the tray back on the shelf.

I stayed at a hotel and came here for dinner. Ueda City is currently occupied by Marugame Seimen, so it's been a while since I've had Namaru Udon. The lotus root was freshly fried and it was delicious. I would like to use it again when I stay there again.

Because there is a parking lot, it is useful for meals in the city area.
