Although shabu-shabu dishes are the main dish, they also have an izakaya menu. Shabu-shabu is an original dish made with one type of Wagyu pork, seasoned with mentaiko in a special soup stock. The shabu-shabu soup was delicious, and I finished it off with pasta noodles like soup pasta. There's a wide variety of toppings on the menu, so I'd like to try a few more next time. On the other hand, I felt that the izakaya menu was of a very high standard. "Chutoro sashimi" is extremely fresh! "Sea urchin and watercress tamagoyaki" had an exquisite combination of sea urchin and egg flavors, and "garlic shrimp" had garlic-flavored shrimp that was plump and crunchy and tasted great! It's a place you'll want to visit not only for the shabu-shabu but also for the izakaya menu. They also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, so I think I'll be visiting more often in the future.

Mentaiko suckling pork shabu-shabu was excellent. Perfect for entertaining, dates, family meals, etc. The creamy pasta is also exquisite. It has a light taste that allows you to eat as much shabu-shabu as you want. Please give it a try🖐
