Revisit for sure if in Nikko again!

We waited for more than 30mins to get in even though quite a few groups of diners have paid up and left. It seems to be understaffed so it took a while for the tables to be cleared and cleaned, but it was well worth the wait to experience a full Nikko Yuba meal. The Yubamaki set and Shabu-Shabu Gozen comes with a good variety of Yuba based ingradients, with highlights being the Yubamaki wrapped with Tochigi Wagyu beef and wasabi and raw Yuba that came with the Shabu-Shabu set. The Yuba are smooth like silk including the dessert which can easily be mistaken as Chawanmushi but they are not! It is a must try Yuba meal in Nikko!

A must visit! A wonderful experience to try dishes that originated from Nikko. Nicely prepared in a full course meal and everything tastes delicious ! Highly recommended!
